Prodaje se građevinsko zemljište s projektom i građevinskom dozvolom (u procesu ishođenja) u zaseoku Podglavica pokraj Rogoznice. Zemljište ima površinu od 594 m2 i nalazi se uz asfaltiranu cestu na koju ima pristup s dvije strane, a sva ostala infrastruktura nalazi se neposredno uz parcelu. Na suterenu su predviđene tri spavaće sobe s vlastitim kupaonicama, spremište s praonicom, hodnik i stubište. Ukupna zatvorena površina suterenske etaže iznosi 104,35 m2. Iz svake spvaće sobe izlazi se na prostranu kamenu terasu površine 25 m2.
Na etaži prizemlja predviđen je dnevni dio površine 44,36 m2 koji se sastoji od kuhinje s blagovaonicom i dnevnog boravka. Iz dnevnog dijela izlazi se na kamenu terasu površine 21.5 m2 s koje se pruža otvoren pogled na more i obližnji gradić Rogoznicu.
Na južnoj strani, izdvojen od kuće, nalazi se pomoćni objekt koji se sastoji od garaže (25,53 m2), strojarnice i spremišta (6.87 m2) te bazena površine 16.59 m2.
Vanjskim izgledom kuće dominira kamena fasada, te kombinacija velikih staklenih stijenki i autentične stolarije retro dizajna čime se postiže savršena ravnoteža između tradicionalne dalmatinske gradnje i moderne arhitekture.
Predviđeno je da kompletna okućnica bude ograđena kamenim zidom i kultivirana mediteranskim biljem radi stvaranja autetinčnog dojma svojim rezidentima, te radi podizanja "zelenog zida" čime se dodatno naglašava privatnost.
U tijeku je procedura ishođenja građevinske dozvole čije se kompletiranje očekuje u prvoj polovici 2026. godine.

The exterior of the house is dominated by a stone facade, and a combination of large glass walls and authentic retro-design joinery, which achieves a perfect balance between traditional Dalmatian construction and modern architecture.
It is planned that the entire garden will be surrounded by a stone wall and cultivated with Mediterranean plants in order to create an authentic impression for its residents, and to build a "green wall" which further emphasizes privacy.
The procedure for obtaining a building permit is underway, which is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026.
